I know you are. Or you will be shortly when you check out these desserts I made! Monday Matthew and I took the kids to a local berry patch, and picked about 7 pounds of raspberries. Now, these are probably my VERY least favorite berry to pick...you have to hunt for them and they are super delicate which means by the time you get home, even if you have been super careful, a bunch of them are mush. But they are so darn yummy! We made a raspberry cobbler:
and drizzled it, still warm, over a bowl of ice cream:
Oh. My. Goodness. It was heavenly. I had enough to freeze a big ziploc bag of them, and to make a raspberry coffee cake:
