Pass it on

Yesterday I went to the Pass it On sale here in town. Its a sale that happens twice a year, and its basically one big garage/ consignment sale. They have gently used clothes for babies up to big kids, toys, baby furniture, books, movies and the list goes on. I have been going to the sales for a couple of years now, and really look forward to them. Its a great way to get clothes for Rowan for the coming season, there is a huge variety and they are usually priced really low. Since there is such a great selection, I can bypass all the worn out, teddy bear covered clothes that are usually found at sales like this. This year I scored again and came home with a huge pile of clothes for Row. This will be most of her wardrobe for the fall/winter and we will only have to supliment with occasional purchases. YAY for reusing!

What we got:

From top left: 1 sweater dress, 1 dress that I paid to much for but is SO cute, 1 red knit snowflake sweater with hood, 1 pair princess jammies.

From bottom left: 1 white peasant shirt, 1 green sweater that is a little too short but such a nice green color, 1 white christmas shirt with dog on it, 6 long sleeved shirts, 1 pair shoes, 1 pair overalls, and 3 pairs of jeans.

And the cutest of all....a purple knit poncho that Rowan modeled for me (sorry for the blur, she has apparently also been playing with the camera and leaving fingerprints on the lens):

Almost everything was name brands, most of it from Gap, Children's Place and Old Navy. All in excellent condition, no stains, tears or worn out spots. We also got a crystal rock growing kit (brand new) for Killian, and a Weebles car and trailer set with two Weeble people. All for the amazing grand total of.....DRUM ROLL PLEASE....$82.00!!! That works out to about $3.90 for each item we bought!!
