We had such a fun Halloween night! Michelle, Jason, Riley, Crystal, Kyle and Takoda came over to join us in our candy gathering. Riley was a zombie, and Takoda was the cutest Darth Vader you have ever seen! We left about 630 and got home around 830....2 hours of solid ToTing wiped us all out! I had planned on taking pictures of all the kids and grown ups when we got back to my house last night, but the kids were bouncing (literally) off the walls, and the grown ups were half asleep. LOL. So the only pictures I got are the ones of the kids getting ready to go:
All the kids had a great time, but Rowan was especially enthusiastic. People kept saying "Oh what a CUTE little kitty" and she would grin from ear to ear and come back to us saying "They said I was soooo cute". She really got a kick out of everyone saying she was adorable. She was also telling people that she had to get candy for mom and dad (Of course, I have NO idea where she came up with that idea!) and would tell the people that answered the door that she needed an extra piece for us. Then she would come running back down saying "I got some candy for you guys!". It was all really fun for her, and its so neat to see the excitement and joy that kids get from things like this!
Pictures of the loot this morning. A piece or two may have been eaten during the quality control that Matthew and I carried out late last night....but I cant be certain. ;) The kids were sorting out what they wanted to keep, what they would give to daddy for his birthday (tomorrow!!) and what they would just give away (to who I am not sure). They also did quite a bit of trading between each other, and they had some pretty cute negotiations going on!

And just for cuteness, a picture of a picture of the kiddos on their respective first Halloweens. Look what a chunky monkey Miss Row was!! She was about 9 months old, and Killian was just 1.5 months old on his first Halloween:
