I am so relieved, proud and excited that Barack Obama was elected President tonight. I had felt pretty confident that he was the one who would win, but...you never know, as clearly demonstrated in past elections. Thinking back to how our country was just 100 short years ago, the fact that he could even be on the ticket speaks volumes about where we have come, and what we have left behind. This is a great day for America, and hopefully the beginning of better times for everyone!
