Meet Sundae!

We adopted her a week ago from the shelter near our house. She is about 2 1/2 months old, and the snuggliest little kitty you can imagine. She loves to get right in your face and lick you (which I actually find quite gross, but her intent is sweet) and she purrs and purrs as soon as she sees us. We are really happy with her, she is the yin to Mac's grumpy yang! Its taken the big guy a while to see the benefit of having a "little sister" but today Matthew caught them snuggled up together on the bed, so I think its going to be just fine. Mac does like to escape to his man cave (AKA the garage) when he can, because Sundae isnt allowed out there, being so little still. He has a suitcase that is stacked on a pile of boxes that is stacked on the workbench counter that he likes to sleep on. He likes the time alone, but I am finding that he is becoming more snuggly when he is with us now. I think its because he is a happier kitty having someone to play with!
