We took the kids to Washington Square today to get pictures taken with Santa. Rowan was a tiny bit hesitant, but she perked right up when she saw the free candy canes! The line was pretty long when we got there, which was surprising since it was 10:30 am on a Monday. We thought it would be pretty dead, but our wait was about 30 minutes. Not to bad considering, and the kids did great in line and managed not to mangle their fancy holiday clothes. They took their picture and told Santa what they wanted for Christmas (a full face BMX helmet for Killian, and a bike for Rowan), and then they were off to munch their candy canes. I am a little irritated because we paid $30.00 for a 5x7 and 4 wallets, and then we were supposed to get a USB thingie with all 3 pictures they took on it, and copyright privileges. We thought that would be a good deal, so we could use the pictures for holiday cards or to print at home. Well I plugged it in tonight, and they only put on one of the pictures!! Oh well, at least we got this cute one!
