We bought 4 presents total for Killian this year, and decided to give him the two smallest ones on his actual birthday and the other two at his party. He was so anxious waiting for Matthew to get home and everyone to finish dinner, but finally it was time! He opened the PJ pants first, and was not impressed. Lol. I know he needed them, and will be thankful for them this winter, but getting PJ's on your birthday for a kid is probably up there with underwear for Christmas. He is only pretending to look happy here:
Luckily, his second present saved the day - a new set of Legos! Legos is all he really wants for his birthday, so I knew that he would be happy about this one (a tow truck):
