Last night Matthew and I went out with a group of our best friends to celebrate both our birthdays this month. We had such an amazing time! Its so rare for us to go out like this....in fact, the last time we went to a bar with friends was before I got pregnant with Rowan. So almost 5 years ago! We went to a little pub by our house that had everything you need in a bar; beer, strong drinks and pool. I took my camera, and ended up with lots of great pictures of the night. Here are some of my favorites!

Everyone tried to convince us that we should do shots, but not being big drinkers, Matthew and I stuck to beer. Tanya managed to convince Jessica to do one though - two pretty ladies and their Jager :)

My sweet friend Sarah, who we don't see nearly enough. I was so happy that her and her husband Nick were able to join us! I have known both Sarah and Nick for about 7 years, and worked with them both for a long time at Comcast. I miss them, and hope they will join our regular game night group so we see more of them!

As much as I enjoy all of us getting together with our kids, its also nice to have some grown up time. Its something that Matthew and I rarely get to do, so when we can it makes it that much more special. And it makes me appreciate our group of friends so much! Never before have I had such amazing people in my life all at the same time. We are truly blessed, and so fortunate to have all that we do. Thank you to our friends for celebrating our birthdays with us, you made our night one to remember! We love you guys!
