Reminiscing

I don't have time to write a proper post tonight as my niece is here and I want to go enjoy some time with the kids. We have a busy weekend, with two sleepovers and I have plans to meet up with a long lost friend on Saturday. I am remaining hopeful that I can get some good posts up in the coming days, but for now, I leave you with a few Christmas pictures from last year, because I have complete holiday brain lately and its all I can think about :)

A very badly lit picture of the kids at Pioneer Square downtown in front of the Christmas tree:

Drinking hot chocolates and taking in the downtown Portland holiday cheer:

We found the perfect Christmas tree!

All decorated and ready to celebrate!

The Christmas lights at Portland International Raceway:

Rowans first snow angel!

The kids and I built this handsome little fella:

SNOW! We got record amounts of snow last year, turning our house into a winter wonderland. I hope we get a bunch this year too!

Matthew out clearing off the car so he could get to work the next morning. I loved this picture because you could see the layer of ice between the slab of snow he is holding (click on the picture to make it bigger):

More snow - you can barely tell we have a deck back there!

Icicles:

Decorating our gingerbread house:
