Matthew and I had a date night last weekend and decided to go see the movie Avatar, which was showing in 3D. I am so glad we did! This was easily the most beautiful, and visually stunning movie that I have ever seen. The storyline brought a tear to my eye many times, although I am kind of a softie, so it could have just been me :) But the animation and the movie being in 3D just made it seem so real! I am thrilled that we got to see it in the theater, I don't think the effect would have been quite the same from home. Hurray for date nights and some very amazing film making!!
