Today is the first day that I have noticed the babies adventuring outside the nest!
They are a little unsure about it though, and don't stay out long before heading back to the comfort of their siblings. One of the babies is the most adventurous, the others seem to follow his lead, while mama watches over them:
I was also able to capture pictures of the babies nursing for the first time! They go about it sort of funny, Lulu doesn't lay down to nurse them. Instead she stands above them, and the babies wiggle under and lay on their backs to nurse. Pretty cute when all you can see is their little feet flying around (click on both the pictures to make them bigger):

When Lulu decided she was done, she just hopped off, leaving the babies to look around wondering where their meal went!
