Today we had Matthews family over to celebrate Rowans birthday with us. We made a big taco bar lunch, and hung around catching up while the kids played outside. Rowan was thrilled to have two days in a row opening presents, and she got some great ones!

She got a pillow pet from her uncle Dustin, she has been eyeballing these for a few months at Target, and as you can see by her smile, she is thrilled to finally have one of her own:
My neighbor Dayna is an amazing seamstress, and she made Rowan a beautiful red velvet cape for her birthday. She loves it, and has been wearing it around the house all day:
Matthew has a employee at work who's side job is professional hula hooping and she made Rowan her very own yellow child sized hula hoop. Rowan was so excited to have her very own "hoolie hoop":
We had a great birthday weekend, and are so blessed to have such wonderful friends and family to celebrate our baby girls big 5th birthday!
