It's SNOWING! Okay, okay...its "Portland Snowing". Which means we get a few flakes here and there, and everybody totally freaks out, rushing outside with camera's, kids and puppies in tow to snap some pictures of this crazy, miraculous event of tiny white flakes falling from the sky before it's over and we have no proof that it really ever happened. Snow fall in Portland is like that. And being a Portlander, I definitely had to take part in this tradition.

Nobody but a native Oregonian could get be this gleeful about this amount of snow:
Kids and puppies love snow. Even if there is barely a trace of it. Notice the very green, not covered with even a flake of snow, grass.
Even though there wasn't much of it, we sure had fun running around and pretending this was the start of the next great blizzard. I hear there may be some actual accumulation in the next day or so, so we are all keeping our fingers crossed!
