I took Sugar outside to play in the backyard today, and she ran straight over to the base of the kids playground and started sniffing and scratching around. I went over to take a look and see what was so interesting to her. At first I didnt see anything....
But then I moved aside a couple leaves, and look what I found!
Three tiny little birds eggs! The mama bird had flown a couple feet away and was sitting on the fence watching us closely. The kids were really excited to check out the teeny little nest, and cant wait for the babies to hatch! I put up some wire fencing around the bottom of the playground to keep Sugar out, and now we wait for our little birds to join the world.
